what to expect

1

PLAN and PREP site

Before breaking ground, we will come up with a layout and drainage plan that fits your vision and needs. Then we demo any existing material including concrete, dirt/grass, and asphalt. After we grade the site, we always check pitches to ensure that any water runoff will flow away from buildings or structures.

2

Form, Pour, and Finish

Next, we use forms to set the perimeter and elevation of the driveway. During this stage, you can visualize the shape of your new driveway before it's poured. We'll add a gravel base, rebar, or wire mesh for reinforcement if needed. The concrete is then poured out, and leveled evenly with a screed. Finally it will be smoothed and finished with your desired texture, whether a broom or decorative finish or border.

3

Cut, seal, and Clean Up

Once the concrete is fully hardened, control joints are cut in to prevent cracking. If it's a stamped finish, we clean the surface and apply sealer to the concrete. We strip the forms, tidy the site, and ensure that you are happy with the outcome of your new driveway.
